Media Player - Featuring the VLC Plugin

Introduction
This is the working Development of the Media Player featuring the VLC Plug-In. For further details of the project look at the VLC Plug-In Evaluation Document which can be found Here.

Primarily the player was constructed to play FLVs, but I have tested it with a variety of different Video and Audio formats, and have had no issues with it whatsoever!
